Most of you are no doubt well aware of the existence of the Alberta Inter-collegiate Women's Fastball Association (AIWFA). The AIWFA league and championship schedule runs from the Labour Day weekend to the Thanksgiving weekend (and possibly one week beyond Thanksgiving - TBA). More Information

The nine team AIWFA will be hosting the inaguaral University National Championship in 2007, scheduled for early October in Calgary, Alberta. The 4 AIWFA universities will join schools from Ontario and other provinces in what promises to be a huge event!
